Stage 1

Resume Review

A member of our Talent Aquisition team is currently reviewing your application. If you are a potential match, someone from the team will schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experiences as well as answer any initial questions you may have about the role of Foxtel Group.
If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll notify you as soon as possible by email.
Stage 2

Recruiter Screen

If your application progresses, you'll be invited to a short phone call with a member of our Talent Aquisition Team. This conversation is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background, interests, and what you're looking for in your next role.
We'll also give you more information about the position, our team, and what to expect from the rest of the recruitment process. It's also a great time to ask any initial questions you may have.

Stage 3

1st Interview

The first interview is a chance for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about the role, the team and Foxtel Group.
You'll meet with the hiring manager and chat through your experience, interests and what you're looking for in your next opportunity. We'll also share more about the position, our culture and what it's like to work at Foxtel Group.
If we don't think you'll be a fit this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the interview.
Stage 4

2nd Interview

The second interview is designed to dive deeper into your experience and give you a broader view of the role and the wider team.
At this stage, you'll meet with key stakeholders and/or future team members who'll explore how your skills align with the challenges and opportunities of the position. This is also your chance to asked for detailed questions about the team and their working style.
Stage 5

Offer

At this stage, we'll extend a formal offer of employment. You'll receive details about the role, remuneration, benefits and any other relevant information to help you make an informed decision in regard to accepting the role.
