As a Finance Manager in our Group Control team, you will support the development of processes and systems that deliver the correct financial and management information to internal and external stakeholders.
You will develop an in-depth understanding and conduct detailed analysis of how product and payment configuration impacts numerous systems and processes that, eventually, output financial and management information. Through these key objectives you will improve revenue assurance, support new business initiatives and enable decision-making across the business.
You will also get the chance to partner with local Commercial Finance teams whilst working closely with various non-finance teams across the business, forming strong relationships.

As our new Finance Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Support local business initiatives, defining Finance business requirements and transition of processes and new commercial opportunities into BAU working closely with the local Commercial Finance team, Legal, Central Finance and Revenue teams.
  • Ensure BAU processes are fully documented to understand potential financial risks and provide oversight ensuring the necessary controls are in place; to mitigate risk and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive detailed data analysis to identify revenue leakage and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support the Commercial Finance team with ongoing analysis to ensure accuracy in the reported net revenue.
  • Participate in various project initiatives focused on improving existing finance workflows.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Solid experience working in a finance function, ideally in an audit role
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS (or international equivalent)
  • Experience with IFRS and international standards on auditing
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Confident in analysis & project management
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to flex your communication style as needed
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis using large data sets

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working with teams remotely and across global locations
  • Desire and ability to innovate and tackle challenges positively and creatively
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker and/or Zuora.
