What's your new role about?

We are Eleven, now a DAZN group company. Bringing our expanded capabilities in the live sports streaming sector and establishing ourselves as a global leader. We are thrilled to announce that we are now the official broadcaster for top football leagues and international content in Portugal and Belgium, as well as local baseball in Taiwan.

Join DAZN Taiwan as a dynamic, strategic thinker to play a leading role in the expansion of DAZN OTT in Taiwan.  You will be a key figure in this growth, working with teams across the world, and understanding and adapting the remit to meet Taiwan subscriber requirements. Your core responsibility will be to develop and implement robust marketing plans that are built on business objectives and drive deeper engagement with DAZN OTT subscribers. 
 
While you will require an in-depth knowledge of sport and a breadth of OTT operation - from marketing to platform technology- you will also be adept at analysing audience data and finding new opportunities to grow engagement with our subscribers, challenging received wisdoms in the drive to find the best solution.  
 
You must be a proven leader and should consider communication as one of your most valuable assets. As well as direct line management responsibility, you will need to work with DAZN teams around the world and your ability to establish and maintain relationships across a spectrum of internal stakeholders and external suppliers is of key importance. 

This role will be based in Taiwan.

As our new Director of OTT Subscription, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and implement 3- / 6- / 12-month planning of promote DAZN OTT in Taiwan 
  • Develop an effective local marketing plan to make DAZN OTT become the most popular OTT service of Taiwan within 2-3 years 
  • Collaborate with key departments –Content, PR, Production & Editorial - to ensure that business objectives are achieved in the most effective method

You'll have:

  • In depth experience working in an OTT/Telecom or relevant business within a business development, subscription or marketing related role
  • In-depth understanding of OTT, digital and social platforms, in particular the way in which fans interact with each  
  • Track record of developing strategic marketing plans that drive business objectives  
  • Ability to analyse and interrogate audience data from multiple sources to identify problems and opportunities  
  • Experience in working with leadership teams to strategically support the growth of the Taiwan market 
  • Fluent language skills in English
