The Workplace Assistant will deliver facilities and office support programs that enable DAZN to stay productive in a comfortable and enriching environment as we evolve our NYC office settings.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees navigating all aspects of the workplace in-person and remote
  • Face of reception – help create a friendly and positive environment in the office
  • Order office supplies and maintains inventory levels as needed
  • Overseeing general upkeep of office – key contact to suppliers such as maintenance & cleaning services – be the key contact at site
  • Build a great relationship with landlords, vendors, building management, and suppliers and act as the first point of contact
  • Local contractor liaison/contact to support the property team during major works/projects
  • Create POs and maintain records of facilities spending and planning
  • Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to support where needed; such as helping plan office events & meetings, assisting with couriers and posts, managing access to buildings for staff and guests
  • Key support for Employee Experience initiatives in the office
  • Assist with implementing health and safety policies and standards with evolving covid-19 guidelines
  • Support for local people team with administrative tasks as they arise
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires and offboarding of staff
  • Pick up tasks as needed within the US teams to ensure that the employee experience expectations are being met
