What's your new role about?
Are you a talented CRM Marketing Executive with a passion for sport and an understanding of what it means to be a fan? Do you have a passion for both the science (data & decisioning) and art (creating emotional connections) of retention? If so, we may have the perfect role for you. In this brand-new role within our Marketing function, you will help deliver our customer communications strategy across our Spanish market.
DAZN is fast becoming the world’s leading sports platform, streaming the most exciting events on the planet, telling the incredible stories behind the sport and allowing fans to get closer to their favourite teams and stars.
As a passionate sports fan with an intuitive understanding of customer experience, you’ll harness your depth of knowledge in digital & mobile CRM to create CRM initiatives that strengthen our relationship with our customers.
This role will be based in our Madrid office. As our new CRM Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Implement local CRM strategy & tactical plans that encourage innovation
- Deliver excellent customer experiences throughout the CRM ecosystem against conversion, retention/ engagement and win-back targets
- Optimise user journeys on the platform against CRM targets and identify new opportunities.
- Provide full analysis and reporting on the performance of our CRM activities and subscription lifecycle in market
- Brief campaign creative & work alongside editorial team to ensure engaging content in all customer communications
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English languages
- 3-4 years’ experience in a dedicated CRM and Retention role
- Experience with Optimove
- Sports fan
- Proven experience in development, optimization and analysis of multi-channel campaigns (email / mobile)
- Outstanding organizational, planning and time-management skills
- Strong presentation skills
Even better if you have:
- Degree level (or equivalent) education in related subject
- Experience working in a digital, mobile or subscription-based environment
- Experience working in an international environment / global organisation
- Experience in SVOD and OTT industries
