What's your new role about?
As a ServiceNow Developer at DAZN you will be responsible for ensuring optimal service availability and user experience for our global teams by maintaining, developing, upgrading and supporting ServiceNow & supporting services & integrations. You’ll also be a technical expert, contributing to change delivery and continuous improvement.

This role would suit someone with a strong technical background in system development, architecture and engineering. The role requires in depth experience of configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances.

As our new ServiceNow Developer you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Development of ServiceNow focused on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Reporting & Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Contract Management, Custom Applications, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, CSDM, CMDB, SMS, Data Management & Mid Server setup and configuration.
- Designing and developing custom applications
- Scripting - server-side scripts, developing Business Rules & UI Actions.
- Involved in requirements gathering sessions with Stakeholders to assist with translating business requirements into user stories
- Writing design level, program-level and user-level documentation.
- Management of foundation data - User Accounts, Approvers, Support Groups, Locations, Companies and Templates.
- Implementation & configuration of Integration hub spokes
- Managing the release of applications and update sets between Production & Pre-Production instances
- Responsibility for system maintenance, monitoring and administration including managing user access and capacity
- Manage releases, upgrades, installations, integration and regression testing.
- Experience of configuring and customising workflows and functions including forms, fields, views, reports and dashboards.
- Modifying Security information and permissions
- Diagnose system issues, track bug fixes to resolution.
- Manage system reporting, creating support documentation and delivering end-user training.
- Interact regularly with the ServiceNow support & maintain a good relationship, managing escalations and requests.
- Keeping up to date with ServiceNow product developments & new versions with knowledge of implementing new features and capabilities at pace
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Certified ServiceNow Developer or similar
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL and querying databases.
- Extensive ServiceNow system administration experience certified to Certified Solution Administrator and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Working collaboratively with a group of people to accomplish a task or achieve a goal.
- Planning & Organisation - Ability to set priorities, goals and time tables to achieve maximum productivity
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Even better if you have:
- Knowledge of implementing webservice API’s
- Basic understanding of Broadcast operations and business workflows.
- Familiarity with ITSM Tools
