What's your new role about?

As the Technical Product Analyst at DAZN you will be part of a dynamic team, you will have a vital role in understanding business needs and collaborating with other technology stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions. A big part of your role will be gathering requirements from stakeholders to help advance existing applications or scope new requirements.   
You will be working on an existing suite of applications including ServiceNow, Office365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, MS Power Platform, Jira and Confluence. 
This is a hands on role and a  great opportunity to shape the organisation’s application roadmap. The role will play a key role in DAZN's rapid global expansion. You will have a number of opportunities to grow your career and will be involved in projects in different areas throughout our Global Organisation. 
This role would ideally suit someone from a Technical Product Analyst or a Business Analyst background, has experience of some of the mentioned applications be successful, you will need to be dynamic and flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
This role is aligned to our Hammersmith, London office working in a hybrid working capacity 2-3 days a week in the office to work with local stakeholders.

You will you report to the VP of Systems and Service Strategy and work within a team in DAZN who work hard but like to have fun meet ups and monthly quiz's. No day is the same, but the team are very collaborative and supportive; all prepared to help when needed.

As our new Technical Product Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, provide technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements 
  • Participate in solution discussion. 
  • Evaluate and propose solution approaches 
  • Support business process change 
  • Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration 
  • Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations 

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • IT experience across the full System Development Lifecycle, covering but not limited to: Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity 
  • Solid experience in systems analysis and creating solution designs 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas 
  • Working collaboratively with a group of people to accomplish a task or achieve a goal for example running workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to set priorities, goals and time tables to achieve maximum productivity 

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in IT projects involving multiple parties - documenting business requirements and writing technical specifications 
  • Demonstrable track record of business analysis, including product backlog and version control management 
  • Working experience of requirements capture/modelling methods such as User Stories, Use Cases and Process Maps
  • Understanding Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
