What's your new role about?

Hast du Lust, Videos und Snippets zu kreieren, die von unzähligen Sportfans geliked und kommentiert werden?
 
As an Intern at SPOX, you will let our users and followers review Messis’s latest goal and the referee’s most recent questionable decision to accompany all live sports events and provide a wrap up on them afterwards. In addition, you’ll ensure we are giving sports fans the correct details around our sports content.
To give you the best learning experience, you’ll get the freedom to create your own videos and virals and you oversee one of Germany’s most successful Instagram accounts, while we teach you about social media strategies and help you develop your video editing and After Effects skills.
 
Let’s keep it simple: during your internship you’ll be working on a global product with the opportunity to shape a new generation of sports fans. In addition, you’ll be part of a dynamic team which offers you real career prospects.
 
From the Champions League and Europa League, Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, NBA, NFL and NHL, WTA, and UFC, DAZN is at the heart of the broadcasting of the world’s major sports. Our revolutionary OTT platform is the only place viewers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, US and Canada can watch some of these major sports.

HERE’S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU’LL DO (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)

  • Being responsible for a lot of our video content at the social media channels
  • Cut video highlights from all associations (CL, EL, NBA, Bundesliga, LaLiga and much more)
  • Help the social media-responsible to create graphics and multimedia-stuff
  • Use After Effects to design small virals, especially memes and bubble-heads
  • Keeping on track with social media trends and adapting them for SPOX
  • Be part of projects and create videos for our clients
  • Keep an eye on all sport-virals to use them for our social-channels

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

  • Curious about sports and sport communities
  • Confident with most social media platforms
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbal and in writing
  • Open for occasional weekend work – as this is when most major sport events happen

NOT ESSENTIAL BUT GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

  • Some exposure to working with After Effects
  • Experience working with editorial systems
