What's your new role about?

We are looking for a new sales account manager within the Media Sales Department who is eager to help support the growth and sales of the team. A self-starter and motivated individual who is not afraid to tackle on a very competitive landscape.
Reporting into the Head of Media Sales, the role will be managing the day to day running of sales strategies and agency relationships. Developing new business initiatives and working closely with the local Media Sales, Marketing, Social, PR and Production teams to deliver DAZN Sales objectives.  
Working with these teams, the successful candidate will help plan, develop and manage business partnerships alongside brands and media agencies.  The team is based in our new central Madrid office supported by the London-based Central team.

  • Support the day-to-day relationships of all DAZN Media partnerships (brand & agency)
  • Availability as the point of contact commercially and operationally between internal and external stakeholders
  • Grow and develop relationships and commercial opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Liaise with internal departments – Central Publishing, Production, Product, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Social, etc.
  • Management of analytical and revenue reporting and pipelines in order to maintain a clear and accurate picture of market performance and commercial position at all times
  • Innovate and develop integrated agreements which achieve the commercial objectives and deliver against revenue
  • Ensure all new partnerships deliver value to increase DAZN’s commercial awareness
  • Assist with the development of marketing strategies and creative ideas which enhance partnerships across DAZN’s wider media network to drive media and subscription revenue
  • Deliver the agency ad revenue budget closely with the Head Media, finance and strategy team to manage costs to ensure bottom line and top line revenue growth
  • Work closely with Head of Media Sales and Strategy lead to develop multi-platform brand/sponsor integration strategies and executions that position DAZN as an innovator
  • Maximise media trading and programmatic relationships with agencies and generate maximum exposure with decision makers at the client directly
  • Have or develop a network of blue chip brand contacts 


  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Commercial approach, sales and goal oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in a team working environment
  • Knowledge of the sports and tech industries as well as broadcast ad trading models and digital cross selling initiatives
  • Proven track record of overachieving against revenue targets within TV, OTT and Digital ecosystem
  • Ability to analyse requirements or problems and lead the proposal of the solutions
  • Fluent in English and Spanish


  • Experience in Content Marketing, especially digital & social
  • Commercial experience in Spanish sports media industry
  • Knowledge of the sports and tech industries as well as broadcast ad trading models and digital cross selling initiatives
  • A passion for sport and experience of digital media advantageous
