At DAZN Bet, we are opening up the world of betting and gaming for our customers, providing an interactive, accessible and social product. Ensuring a safe betting experience for sports fans across multiple regulated markets, whilst being able to enjoy their favorite sports via live streaming. 
As Sportsbook Manager, you will oversee all Sportsbook related activities and tasks, optimising and proposing strategies to increase player engagement through product performance. You will take ownership of Sportsbook , focusing on performance, analytics, and product assessment. As well as participating and collaborating in the creation and management of the promotional activities.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

As our new Sportsbook Manager , you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work with the various stakeholders to initiate and execute the Sportsbook strategy for Spain, delivering a unique proposition that stands out for customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to introduce new betting options and promotions to attract and retain our customers, working with the Trading team on customer growth.
  • Working with the Trading teams to deliver a regional pricing strategy and Review on site performance KPIs in terms of performance across all channels
  • Regularly review sportsbook performance and proactively highlight any new trends for consideration, along with market and localisation recommendations.  
  • Drive projects to improve Sportsbook functionalities, features, and processes and manage and implement competitive bonus incentive setups and monitoring the success.
  • Working with the Content & CRM team to design, develop, and execute the best Sports localised offers for retention, acquisition, cross selling, churn prevention, upselling and reactivation.
  • Together with the Content & CRM team create and drive the scheduling of events to be published, pushed, and promoted, with focus on DAZN Sports schedule.
  • Collaborate with the DAZN AND DAZN BET marketing team to design and execute promotions specific to sports betting and measure the performance and value to the retained customer.
  • Constantly evaluate campaigns with an optimization focus for improvement including bonus ownership and promotional budget.
  • Perform prior and post campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement, create an effective follow-up plan, and draw conclusions or take appropriate action.
  • Prepare trend analysis to share with senior management views on performance, at customer cohort, game, and gaming provider level. 
  • Work closely with Product team to ensure consistent site experience and customer journeys, maximizing usability and accessibility across all devices.
  • Work closely with the Account Relationship Manager to maximize the campaigns efficiency

You'll have:

  •  Experience working in online gaming industry, specifically Sportsbook experience for the Spanish market
  • A proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment
  • Someone with passion for sport, in particular football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports
  • Aiming for high standard, capable to deliver quality service with pace 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Analytical and able to drive insight solutions 
  • Focus on the customer 
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English
