You’ll be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from a People Operations perspective as well as some exciting People project work. You’ll welcome new starts on their first day, ensure all their personnel files and documents are up to date and assist Managers with all things People related!
Supporting our UK and International offices, you will be responsible for producing contracts/leaver letters, keeping our HR system updated, new joiner inductions, coordinating with the Payroll Team and day to day management of the HR mailbox.
You’ll work closely with the international HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams to build strong working relationships and ensure process consistency and governance is maintained.

As our new People Admin, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- First point of contact for all general employee queries
- Opportunity to create process improvements and best practice working
- Creation of documents including but not limited to employment contracts (UK and International), promotions, transfers, resignations, family friendly leave etc.
- Updating our HR database with changes to personal and employment data
- Raising and monitoring PO’s for HR related invoices
- Ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employees
- Involvement in ad-hoc project work as required.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Ideally first insights into an HR operations role or environment
- Basis knowledge of UK employment law, e.g. through your studies
- Can do’ attitude‘
- Solutions focused with proactive mindset
