Now Sports fans can watch variety of sports such as, J-League, NPB, F1, NFL, various European Soccer leagues, Tennis, Golf, boxing from anywhere and anytime, on devices of their choice. We pride ourselves to be an innovator of sports continuing to bring new excitement such as NFTs and Sports Betting As a CRM Executive, you will communicate directly to millions of sports fans across Japan, making these innovations a reality and part of their everyday lives. You will cultivate and nurture the excitement of sports that DAZN brings using your creativity and analytical skills, while building a career in a very close-knit global team. As a passionate sports fan with an intuitive understanding of customer experience, you’ll harness your depth of knowledge in digital & mobile CRM to create game-changing CRM initiatives, which strengthen our relationship with our customers. 

As our new (CRM Executive), you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Create impactful CRM Communication (Email Newsletters, App Push etc.) to our customer base, bringing to life the energy and excitement of DAZN contents
  • Be a direct contributor for sustainable growth of exciting sports platform through, improving customer engagement, retention, as well as delivering strong winback (reactivation) campaigns
  • Work closely with an innovative global team, building your career as an international business professional
  • Be part of game changing team of sport lovers creating new ways to enjoy sports for fans in Japan

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Sports fan/enthusiast with a passion for creative design and copy writing
  • Fluency in Japanese and business level in English
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tool kits, especially in database marketing
  • Experience working in an international environment / global organization
  • Outstanding organizational, planning & time-management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform 

Even better if you have:

  • Degree level (or equivalent) education in related subject
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a dedicated CRM role, with track record of strategy support and planning for CRM programs
  • Proven experience in development, optimization & analysis of multi-channel campaigns (email / mobile)
  • Experience in either, Direct-to-Consumer Subscription business, Sports Media, or SVOD and OTT industries
  • Experience in creation of designed layouts with Adobe Photoshop or other similar applications
