We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analysis Team Lead to join our team at DAZN. In this role, you will lead a team of business analysts to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decision-making.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead our product development efforts. This individual will bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring we develop products that address the needs of our users and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering & Management
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Prioritize requirements based on business value and product strategy.
Convert high-level business requirements into actionable user stories and use cases.

2. Backlog Management
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs.
Refine backlog items in collaboration with the development team for sprint planning.
Accept or reject the team's work results at the end of each sprint cycle.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries from stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between the development team, stakeholders, and any third parties.

4. Product Lifecycle Management
Track product performance post-release and gather feedback for improvements.
Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and support teams.

5. Analysis & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product strategies.
Prepare and present regular product updates to the senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and mediate disagreements.
  • Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
