In this role you will take ownership of testing and developing manual checks across a variety of different areas across the DAZN app, these include: Catalogue, Personalisation, and Sports Data. We will give you the opportunity to increase your personal development in the Quality Assurance area and provide support, training, and mentoring to other QAs with their day-to-day work. 
 
Your Team
Do you speak English on a communicative level? Great! You will be using your language skills on a daily basis to have contact with co-workers and stakeholders. Your Team is distributed into two locations: Poland and UK.

Please note: this role is based in Katowice but you can work in hybrid mode.

As our new QA Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Developing, creating, updating, and performing manual tests supporting the team to deliver a high-quality product,
  • Professional development in Quality Assurance area,
  • Providing documentation for delivered features.
  • Occasionally work outside of office hours to test key features during world's sports events (Premier League, Bundesliga, etc). Approximately once or twice a month.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Around 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Upper-Intermediate English – B2 level
  • Ability to create, update and maintain test cases and test plans
  • Practical knowledge of Jira, TestRail, and Confluence

Even better if you have:

  • Practical knowledge of Charles proxy and Postman 
  • Knowledge of various web browsers, Smart TVs and mobile devices. 
  • A passion for sports and the way they are consumed by customers
