What's your new role about?
Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want your work to have a positive impact on people’s lives and play a key role in how we support our People? If so, you could be the person to drive our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion progress as we look to build a better, more inclusive DAZN.
We’re looking for someone to own DEI across DAZN, starting with:
· reviewing and improving our policies and ways of working across all stages of the employee journey
· growing the DEI capabilities of our managers and leaders
· supporting the growth, evolution and autonomy of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
· increasing awareness and understanding of cultural moments that matter
· using wellbeing to deliver a more inclusive environment, including our mental health first aiders network
· continuing the education of DAZNers across the business – creating new training and driving uptake
· improving our DEI metrics capability
Experience of working across multiple markets with a variety of represented and under-represented groups and the ability to manage your own content, resources and communications would also be great as you’ll be given the autonomy to manage the delivery of the DEI agenda. If you bring an existing external network within the DEI arena, that also would be awesome.
We’ll expect you to work with our people to find out what they need, and then deliver – put the customer at the centre. You’ll need to make better use of our existing resources as well as bringing in new stuff –always being cost aware, smart about what we choose to do, and going for the most impact for the resource we invest. We’ll give you the space to keep up to date with everything that’s going on in DEI, including your own development –that’s really important for us at DAZN. We want you to be a ‘Culture Add’ for our team and we want to help you keep adding as you grow in the role.
You’ll be a part of the Employee Experience team, which works on exciting projects covering DEI, engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, workplace experience, culture, people communications and more. Expect a laid back, friendly team who work hard to deliver big results. We like to promote from within, and you’ll see that in our team. You’ll also work closely with the wider People team to support their initiatives. We are a collaborative bunch and we all muck in where needed to get things done.
This is a great time to join us – come and help us build a better, more inclusive DAZN.

- Lead on DEI-related wellbeing activities, like supporting our mental health first aider network
- Maintain and evolve DAZN’s DEI SharePoint site, social media presence and internal communications, liaising with our internal and external comms teams
