What's your new role about?

Are you interested in working with one of the most exciting sports in the world? Do you want to communicate with a global audience as DAZN becomes the only place in the world to access NFL Gamepass?
 
DAZN Creative is DAZN’s in-house creative agency, and we are looking for a multi-disciplined Lead Designer to join the team to help us launch and run the NFL Gamepass account. Based in Leeds, this is a global role and is a key hire to help the DAZN deliver on this major deal.
 
Working as the NFL Gamepass designer within DAZN Creative you will translate marketing, content and promotional briefs to create visually stunning work that tells stories that build the brand and drive business performance. Candidates should be visually inventive, organised and motivated, keen to learn every day, love working with people and articulating your ideas. This is truly an exciting position that covers a broad range of projects from major Season Starts campaigns, fixture driving announcement artwork through to Gamepass social posts and CRM messaging.
 
This role will be based in Leeds. As our new Lead Designer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Design digital assets - Key artwork, web banners, email headers, social assets, partner assets, corporate presentations etc.
  • Work alongside creative colleagues/stakeholder to interpret briefs and to create the best work.
  • Follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work to formal and informal creative briefs.
  • Take onboard feedback and translate that into your work.
  • Ensure your work is editorially accurate and technically compliant.
  • Be self-confident, flexible, motivated and a good communicator.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • An education background in design or a related design discipline, or have equivalent industry experience with demonstrable graphic design, branding skills
  • A link to your portfolio including up to date work on your CV
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and tools like sketch etc
  • An understating of digital design for both web and email marketing and exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage
  • Great understanding of typography and composition
  • A good eye / Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Even better if you have:

  • Experience working with localisation in a global capacity
  • Experience working on sports content
