As Manager Corporate & International Tax, your role will be varied and will include assisting with the Transfer Pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting process, tax compliance review, tax risk management, stakeholder engagement, and more! This role will be based in Hammersmith.

As our new Manager of Corporate & International Tax, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Assist with the Transfer Pricing documentation process including the preparation of multiple Local Files and the Master File as well as compliance with annual submission requirements.
- Manage the preparation of monthly/quarterly calculation of Transfer Pricing adjustments.
- Assist with the management of the country-by-country reporting processes, including notifications and preparations of final deliverables.
- Assist with tax risk tracking and management processes across the Group, including preparations for the impact of new legislation and regulation (including Pillar 2 implementation).
- Review international and UK corporate tax returns and assist with other tax compliance as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly tax provisions and year-end returns to provision analysis.
- Work as part of the team to respond to audit queries by tax authorities.
- Partner with the business and across multiple taxes, responding to tax queries and building relationships across the Group.
- Work with treasury, legal and finance to provide tax support across the business.
- Work with and mentor the Senior Tax Analyst.
- Support the VP International Tax and Group Tax Director in ad hoc tax advisory projects.
You'll have:
- ACA and/or CTA qualifications with corporation tax and/or transfer pricing expertise.
- Experience of corporation tax in an in-house tax team for a large multinational or advising such businesses in a large accounting firm.
- The ability to communicate effectively across the business with non-tax people.
- Experience of building relationships with external (or other) advisers and consultants.
- A highly flexible and measured approach to handling a large workload in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities and unpredictable demands.
