What's your new role about?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the product development of DAZN BET’s Gaming Product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product leadership, product development with expertise in Gaming Products (Casino, Live Casino, Slots, other), suppliers, aggregators, promotions, and integrations.
Working closely with the CPO & Executive Team to understand the strategic direction for the business, your expertise will shape the future of our products, driving innovation and setting the vision for what’s next in the world of gaming.
You’ll develop an excellent understanding of DAZN BET, partnered with an in depth understanding of customers in every market that DAZN BET operates, identifying unique opportunities to acquire new customers, cross sell, and drive revenue from Gaming. You will work to ensure we deliver a best in class, responsible gaming experience for our customers, whilst continuing to drive innovative solutions.
You’ll be setting a clear vision and strategy for DAZN BET’s Gaming Product, overseeing performance against OKRs, key metrics, and leading product discovery and planning activities with a team of Product Managers & Product Owners.
This role requires strong, senior leadership skills to lead a team, manage senior stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic oversight of our Gaming Roadmap.

As our new Senior Product Manager , you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the development and implementation of DAZN Bet's Gaming Product, focusing on all product discovery and delivery execution activities. Drive innovation and cohesion across various platforms to deliver best possible customer experiences, end user experiences and business value in line with the DAZN BET business strategy.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for all gaming initiatives and integration across DAZN Bet. Prioritising initiatives and epics based on strategic business value, viability, research, customer feedback and feasibility from engineering teams.
  • Co-create a shared understanding of gaming customer behaviours, pain points, and opportunities to improve conversion, customer satisfaction and revenue throughout the full customer lifecycle from onboarding, retention, and reactivation.
  • Ensure DAZN BET’s Gaming Product always remains fully compliant with every regulatory requirement, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Technology, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing.
  • Deliver new innovative approaches to improve product management discovery activities, delivery execution, accuracy, efficiency and quality through new advanced technologies and methodologies that enhance DAZN BET’s Gaming Customer Experience

You'll have:

  • Must have at least 3+ years in a leadership role such as Head of Product or Senior Product Manager with direct line management of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
  • Must have 3+ years product management experience of developing new products in the online Gaming/Casino Industry.
  • Must have experience working with Online Gaming/Casino commercial, operational and marketing leadership to formulate product strategies and execute delivery plans.
  • Strong product management and requirements management skills with Agile methodology using initiatives, epics/features, user stories and iterative release planning.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Inspirational people leadership skills that promote positive collaboration, resilience and continuous improvement
  • Experience of working with researchers and designers to lead customer research activities, building a deep understanding of customer behaviours, pain points and opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Online Gaming market, competitor brands, competitor products, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent supplier relationship management skills.
