Do you want to be part of the team that builds the tools that support DAZN’s millions of customers every day?

For our Customer Services Technology team, we are looking for an engaged Salesforce Administrator that on one hand can help us deliver new features for DAZN’s Customer Service Centres across the globe, and on the other hand, ensure that all our services are.

Your team

You will be part of a multi-skilled team of developers, testers, and administrators working on Salesforce and non-Salesforce products used by our stakeholders. In our team, you will get the opportunity to work in a challenging Salesforce org (lots of data, numerous integrations, and a lot of automation). Besides working on requirements for our stakeholders, there is room also an opportunity to work on your own initiatives.
 
This role is based in Amsterdam with a flexible/hybrid working environment.

As our new Salesforce Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on a Service Cloud environment with:
  • - Omni Channel with Voice, Chatbot and WhatsApp integration
    - Many different integrations to other parts of the DAZN platform
    - A large set of data
  • Make an impact by driving your own initiatives forward. If you know a better way of doing something, get it prioritised and implement it.
  • Dip your toes into other areas than Salesforce, to provide Customer Services with the best tooling to do their jobs

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Solid Salesforce Platform experience
  • Worked with Salesforce Service Cloud in the past.
  • Have experience with working with the different automation tools of Salesforce like Process Builder and Flow Builder
  • Have experience with refining requirements with stakeholders

Even better if you also have:

  • Experience with monitoring tooling that helps us to measure the performance of Salesforce
  • Experience with SOQL for data analysis
  • A desire to work on non-Salesforce tools
