What's your new role about?

In this role you will be supporting People superusers globally, you will be providing technical and application support for the People department. You will take ownership of data management and reporting development as required. 

Your knowledge of English is on an advanced level? That's great! You will be using it to have daily contact with People teams globally.
 
Your team
Your direct supervisor is People Systems and Insight Manager located in the UK. You'll cooperate mostly with Finance, HR an IT teams on a daily basis.
 
This role can be based in Katowice or you can work remotely from any place in Poland.

As our new People Systems Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Be the ‘go-to person’ for the global People team and wider business requests and issues related to People systems
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve system user problems and requirements, either directly or in association with Oracle or Lever support teams
  • Work closely with the Finance team to keep the Approval Matrix, which outlines our department structure and who can approve requisitions in Lever and employee changes requests in Oracle, up to date on a frequent basis 
  • Update employee records on a monthly basis with new departments provided by Finance 
  • Create, schedule or distribute analysis and reports using OBIEE and/or BI Publisher for various areas of the business
  • Support with the periodic Oracle system upgrades, specifically creating test cases and scripts, identifying and allocating the testing teams, managing test logs, identifying known issues and potential bugs and getting the solutions applied
  • Managing user’s access to systems
  • Map out People Systems processes and keep related documentation updated
  • Provide training to the global People team members in reporting and data entry
  • Work with the wider People Team to maintain a high degree of data accuracy
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Support People Systems & Insight Manager with project assistance as required
  • Other relevant duties as delegated by your immediate manager

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • HR background willing to develop in HR Applications or administrator background interested in learning HR 
  • At least upper-intermediate knowledge of English (B2)
  • Passionate about data & insight with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt 
  • Confidence in navigating the backend of systems and with the ability to pick up new systems easily 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in working within an in-house HR team and ideally within a shared service centre environment 
  • Previous experience as an HR superuser with a keen interest in system development 
  • Strong HRIS technical administration experience, particularly working with Oracle 
  • Experience with Oracle HCM and ServiceNow 
  • Advanced proficiency in running SQL queries 
  • Ability to keep up with innovation and trends related to People Systems
