What's your new role about?

DAZN broadcasts more than 7000 live sports from various countries around the world on an annual basis. We produce numerous original contents such as analysis programs, interviews with athletes and event highlights. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to arrange staff and talent for live and non-live programming, manage production schedules (progress of production), process payments and track budgets.

DAZNでは世界各国のスポーツを年間7000試合生中継するとともに、独自の分析番組や選手のインタビュー、ハイライトの制作など独自コンテンツを多数制作しております。そんなDAZN Japanが制作・配信している中継番組や情報番組の制作に必要なスタッフや出演者の手配、制作のスケジュール管理(制作進行)、予算管理、リソースの手配などを行うプロダクション・コーディネーターを募集しています。

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage program budgets
  • Organize and manage schedule of talent and external staff
  • Arrangement of business trips for crew and talent
  • Resource and data management around production
  • Ability to communicate with various teams across the business within Production and Content Operations to ensure production runs smoothly
  • Liaise closely with Production Manager and Producers to ensure that all production requirements are met

  • 出演者や外部スタッフやの手配とスケジュール管理
  • スタッフ、出演者の出張等の手配
  • 番組制作に関わるリソース、データ等の管理
  • 現場制作チーム、ポスプロチーム、技術チームなど社内の異なるチームとのコミュニケーションを図り、制作がスムーズに運ぶようサポートする
  • プロダクションマネージャー、プロデューサーと連携し、制作が滞りなく運ぶために必要なワークフローを構築する

Skills Required

  • Experience in similar job (talent booking, manage production schedule, production coordination) is preferred
  • Knowledge of production workflows and the roles of production staff involved
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point skills
  • Good at detailed work such as document creation / data input
  • Experience of sports broadcasting is desirable but not essential
  • English language ability is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders with positive communication skill
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide necessary support in a timely manner

  • 過去に同様の仕事(出演者ブッキング、番組進行、プロダクション・コーディネーター)の経験があると望ましい
  • 番組制作のワークフローやスタッフの役割に関する知識がある
  • Word, Excel, Power Pointを含むMicrosoft Officeのスキルがある方
  • 書類作成など細かい作業が得意な方
  • スポーツ放送の経験があることが望ましい
  • 英語力があることが望ましい
  • 社内外のスタッフやクライアントと信頼関係を築き、明るくコミュニケーションできる
  • 問題を素早く把握し、トラブルシュートに取り組んだり、必要なサポートを行える

Personal Competencies Required

  • Due to the nature of program and live production, it may be necessary to work in the evening, late at night, weekends and holidays. You must be able to cope with irregular working hours
  • Be knowledgeable about and interest in sports
  • Ability to work independently and work as a team player at the same time
  • Ability to demonstrate these skills under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Time management skill in order to determine priorities and set efficient schedules  for each task

  • 番組制作・中継制作という仕事の性質上、早朝や夜間、土日祝日の勤務が必要な場合があるが、不規則勤務に対応出来ること
  • スポーツに対する知識や興味があること
  • 自発的に仕事に取り組むことが出来、同時にチームプレイヤーである
  • プレッシャーや締め切りの元で力を発揮できる能力。
