What's your new role about?
Roles and Responsibilities : * Take ownership of testing the Live Streams on Pre Prod environment on Weekdays at regular intervals.
* Detecting and identifying the issue with the Livestreams, matching it to the known problems and correctly escalating to ensure the timely
resolution so that devs are not blocked with their Tests.
* Should be Able to clearly document the new processes when required in a manner that captures thorough workflows and investigation steps that enables others to understand the process.
* Keep the POC documents up to date so that the right team can be contacted quickly during any issues.
*Providing communication by the way of notifications and updates to the Product Owner and developers regularly.
*Identify process breakdowns and opportunities for improvement.
*Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency.
* Co-ordinating with different teams through emails and MS Teams in case of any issue/discrepancies on the Live Stream, so that quicker resolution can be obtained.
Skills: A logical, process-oriented thinker who is proactive and eager to learn.
Familiarity with basic streaming methods.
Exposure to operating systems, browsers and Mac devices.
Basic knowledge about Git, CLI, Linux and HTTP responses.
