As an MCR Operator, you’ll be on the front lines of live sports broadcasting, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted delivery of some of the biggest games and events from around the world. Our work is fast-paced, high-stakes, and mission-critical—we’re the ones making sure sports fans never miss a moment.

What you'll be doing:
- Take responsibility of the management of IP contribution circuits.
- Complete routing and switching of events based on internal booking system.
- Provide first line support for any issues that arise in the live broadcast environment
What you'll bring:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work nights and weekends on a semi-regular basis
- Basic understanding of broadcast procedures and processes
- Knowledge of IP protocols and networking
- Knowledge of satellite delivery, decrypting and decoding
- Experience in use of broadcast equipment such as SA, IRDs, AV / RF routers etc
